Main Responsibilities
Assist Merchandiser Product development Follow Up
? Support Merchandiser from the time the product brief is received from Buying office until the order has been shipped
? Follow up the Product development by using Order Follow up System, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status
? Follow up on all relevant samples and ensure samples are ordered through order Follow up system.
? Secure that Time of Delivery is on time
? Work actively with the samples together with Merchandiser/Technician
? Work actively with risk assessment on formula and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers
? Report to Merchandiser when problem come out

Cooperation with other teams
? Cooperate with the other teams such as, Researcher and Developer (R&D), Technicians, Quality Assurance team
? Initiate product development follow up meetings with the rest of the team whenever necessary
? Keep Merchandisers updated of general order situation

Cooperation with H&M suppliers
? Understanding supplier capability in term of price, quality, capacity and lead time
? Secure effective Product development/order placement to supplier base on company routine
? Keep track of suppliers production plan to ensure on time delivery
? Keep close contact with the suppliers to know status of orders at all times

Education and Experience requirements
? Fresh graduated or 1 year work experience (Purchasing, Merchandising or a related Business Administration discipline)
? Comprehensive understanding of cosmetics trend


Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Relevant Beauty product knowledge
? General knowledge of export trade and documentation requirements
? Excellent written and spoken in English
? Advanced knowledge in Excel
? Strong attention to detail
? Strong communication and organizational skills
