I. Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责

l Carry out store’s assets improving plan, including lease contract renew, rental cut, store innovation and etc.

执行公司店铺的资产优化计划，包括续约、降租、改造等工作；

l Follow up each store’s performance and any change in the business district.

跟踪各店铺经营表现、商圈变化；

l Coordinate and manage any issues between Operations, Finance, Store Development or other departments and Landlords.

协调处理营运、财务、营建等部门与业主间事项；

l Coordinate and manage store’s property issues to maintain company’s benefit and support store’s routine business.
协调处理店铺的资产性事务，维护公司利益，保证店铺的正常经营；

l Deal with landlords about least contract issues.

处理涉及业主方面等与租赁相关的其他事项；

l Update and maintain all kinds of information about store property.

更新和维护公司店铺各项资产信息；

II. Personal Qualities&Qualifications 个性品质及任职资格

l University graduate. Major in engineering, real estate, finance or law will be preferred.

大专以上学历，工程、房地产、财务或者法律专业优先；

l At least two years’ working experience in assets portfolio, expansion or other relative background.

两年以上连锁零售行业的资产维护、网点开发方面工作经验或其他相关工作背景；

l Good ability in both spoken and written English and Chinese, good PC office skill as well

良好的中英文读写能力和计算机办公系统操作技术；

l Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
有较强的沟通、分析、谈判和解决问题的技巧；

l Fast learning and problem solving reflection, self active on working.
有较快的领悟性和解决问题的反应力，能积极主动地工作；

l Durability and organization , hardworking style with team-work sprit
有耐受力和组织力，以团队精神共同勤奋工作的风格。
