职位描述

Responsibilities:
(I)Business-
1. In direct contract with Managing Director, develop annual marketing strategy and plan to deliver sales and profit targets for IT channel sales
2. Lead business team to develop strong relationship and business with nominated key accounts such as IBM, HP, NTT, Panduit, Eaton, KDDI, etc.
3. Develop 5-year new product road map with product management team for IT channel based on thorough user understanding and ensure regional/global alignment
4. Propose revised communication marketing plan according to best knowledge of competition/ market size trend/user behavior change
5. Develop the best local IT channel network footprint and overall communication program for the partners to establish strong equity in local market
6. Identify cost improvement programs to continuously improve profit of IT channel
7. Liaise with Group key account team to benefit from group worldwide contact
(II)System-
1. Provide feedback to Service team on quality for continuous improvement
2. Draft distributor review appraisal for consolidated semiannual and annual distributor review
3. Provide semiannual feedback on marketing research group service quality for continuous improvement
4. Provide inputs on improving internal set up to match IT sales related processes
(III)People-
1. Coach direct reports on development of channel marketing skills
2. Develop team member’s business skills and judgments via team meetings
3. Timely implement performance appraisal and career plan with direct report/ identify needs for job enrichment
4. Share departmental work-i. e. training/recruiting/sales coordination
5. Be a role model for IT channel behavior
Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree above
2. Experienced in Channel sales
3. Strategic thinking with sharp user insight
4. Strong at team management
5. Excellent English and Chinese communication ability
