Job description:
Main responsibility:
- Supervise team members in their daily work, make sure the testing smooth going and the result issued timely and correctly.
- Take in charge of general management of analytical technique issue, provides the resources needed for ensuring the quality of operation.
- Make the supervision plan for team members and monitor the implementation, ensure the testing standards had been followed correctly and with quality control.
- Prepare the test procedure, method validation, worksheets for testing projects.
- Schedule and/or delivers training to team members with related standards and regulations.
- Responsible for the investigation of testing deviations, errors, and out of tolerance result.
Requirement/Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemistry or related filed.
- At least 5 years’ experience in chemical testing in laboratory, appropriate knowledge of testing carried out and the general requirements in the legislation and standards.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with analytical technologies, such as GC/MS, LC/MS, HPLC etc. and expertise in analytical method development and validation.
- Good English skills.
