职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Ability to lead in a matrix organization. Participate in key decision making pertaining strategic initiatives, operational model and operation execution
2. Develop and implement HR strategies, recruitment process and plan to meet the current and future organization need. Develop HR policy and employee training programmer in promoting company core value and functional skills. Develop management tools on performance evaluation and create career advancement opportunities
3. Develop administrative/back-office functions in supporting business activities. Manage and maintain office, IT and other facilities
4. Develop and implement procurement strategies and polices to meet the operation need
5. Liaise with key contacts at governments, shareholders and other stakeholders in meeting organization. Responsible for external and internal communication
Requirements:
1. Chinese citizen with English speaking and western management skills
2. 10+ years HR related experience working in MNCs within similar industries such as manufacturing, automotive industry
3. Experience in strategic planning & organization design, knowledge of HR policy and recruitment process, knowledge of Chinese labor law
4. Strong written and verbal communication & interpersonal skill and manage well at all levels of the organization
5. Ability to lead in a matrix organization and work in ambiguous environment
6. Ability to motivate team
7. Previous experience working in the JV context is a plus
8. Bachelor degree or master degree in human resources or business management, MBA highly desirable
