岗位职责：

1.Support the Export Account Manager for monitoring all new product development for export market, to communicate externally (different interlocutors(or interlocutresses) of destination markets) and internally (different functions in SZ plant) for managing the project moving onward as per project timeline;
协助出口客户经理管理出口产品项目开发，通过与国外客户及内部相关部门密切沟通，推动出口项目进行；

2. To coordinate artwork development for packaging and be responsible for color proofing of first printing;
协调出口项目包装材料的开发及审核, 并且负责跟踪首次印刷颜色签色；

3. Support the Export Account Manager to take care of all details of subjects during product life cycle, including material age warning and write-off communication with clients;
协助出口客户经理对出口产品的生命周期各阶段的物料进行有效管理，包括与客户沟通相关物料的库龄情况，有效控制物料报废等；

4. Generate/modify relevant SOP to standardize the project management;
通过不断改进标准操作流程规范出口项目管理；

5. Manage incoming and outgoing document filing (including form, email, print proof etc.)
出口项目开发过程的文件管理。
