职位描述

?To set up the marketing strategy of China in close collaboration with the Managing Director, Sales Team and Commercial Operations GM
?To execute the marketing strategy with the marketing communications team
?To manage and motivate the marketing communications team and to ensure the development of the business with profitable growth.
?Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors’ activity to identify market opportunities.
?Pursue major leads and negotiate terms of sales, in accordance with the company policy, with major customers to maximize the organization’s business interests
?Develop strong working relationships to proactively position in the data center market and IT cooling


Main responsibilities of this function:
?Manage the Marketing Mix for all product lines: Product range, Pricing, Promotion and Channel definition
?Ensure preparation of Marketing Budget files and actively participate in the sales budget reviews.
?Create and follow-up the implementation of the yearly Marketing Plan.
?In close co-operation with the Sales Team, develop and implement national and customer specific programs.
?Ensure a proper price setting for all product lines.
?Monitor turnover and margin development, among others through active product cost management
?Develop corrective action plans together with Sales when negative deviation to budget occurs
?Develop and implement communication plan including press advertising, website profile / content etc.
?Ensure a proper Marketing input regarding Demand Planning and Sales Forecasting.
?Manage and develop the Marketing Team in a professional way with clear and challenging objectives.
?Lead and motivate the direct reports incl. Annual appraisal and follow up

Education and Experience:
? Higher Education profile in Marketing
? 8 to 10 years proven experience in marketing and sales , in different positions, in a large company , in an international environment ( or international experience ) , dealing with similar sales channel of distribution , with technical products and associated services.
? Experience of Data Center market is a must
? Chinese + English fluency mandatory
? Proficient in Powerpoint with good presentation skills
? Ability to prepare and come up with good presentations and reports
? At least 5 years of management experience is required - the ideal candidate can refer to some sort of leadership and experience, and/or international coordinating role
? Able to quickly develop strong product knowledge
? Well experienced in Trade Marketing, pricing and project approach
