PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 主要职责
1. 与一汽解放采购计划员沟通每月的生产计划和需求信息，及时反馈给太仓团队，保证在最低库存情况下满足客户需求；
2. 了解一汽解放和竞争对手的情况信息;
3. 与一汽解放的财务部门沟通及时收回应付货款，并且及时得到索赔信息;
4. 对第三方仓库的库存产品和固定资产信息进行定期清点，对0KM不良品和售后索赔件的数量追踪并定期安排返回;
5. 与一汽解放的质量和技术部门进行定期沟通，确保了解客户要求；
6. 掌握产品复检技术，定期收回售后索赔件，并进行复检工作，与一汽解放沟通产品复检情况;
7. 其它销售经理委派的任务.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 工作知识、技能及经验
1. 大专以上学历；
2. 一年以上客服经验；
3. 良好的沟通及协调能力；
4. 熟悉OEM业务模式。
