职位描述
Position Summary:
Responsible for overall human resource function to ensure achievement of company goals. Human Resources functions to include: staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and related areas.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Within a start up joint venture, develop human resources programs and execute according to plans to ensure meeting the company goals over an extended time period. Coordinates activities and provides leadership to team members assigned to performing a portion of a major project or to multiple business/customer areas.? Ensures integration with related teams or interdependent functions.? Organizes the structure of the team(s) and may redirect the objectives of the team, or other team leaders, in order to achieve organizational goals or meet customer requirements.
Essential Functions:
1. Develop and maintain company HR policies in compliance with local labor regulations and accepted business ethics.
2. Develops staffing and succession plans; partners with external organizations and company leadership to recruit required talent.
3. Develop and recommend appropriate/competitive compensation and benefits for leadership approval and talent retention.
4. Responsible for overseeing employee relations; affirmative action; training and development; and related areas.
5. Stay abreast of local labor regulations and interfaces with parent companies’ HR managers to ensure consistent practice of, and in compliance with, company’s HR policies.
6. Relates effectively to people at many levels in the organization including external contacts with government agencies, customers, and business/service providers.
7. Understands and embrace Lean culture and utilizes lean practices and tools.
Qualifications:
1. BS degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline, and professional level experience of 6 or more years. Advance degree is desirable.?
2. Proven competency in a leadership role for two or more years, and/or demonstrated leadership of major projects or programs in a team environment
3. Demonstrated experience in a start up/JV business environment is preferred.
4. Demonstrated ability to perform the described role and responsibilities and obtain the desired results.
5. Strong written and verbal Chinese and English language ability.
6. Capable of independent operations and be self-motivated.
7. Possess the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
