职位描述
Main Responsibility:
1. Accounting & Booking records
1) Responsible to maintain A/R, A/P, G/L,FA…etc. module to ensure timely and materially accurate accounting records made;
2) Preparation and/or review of standard monthly journal and non-standard journal as required
3) Perform monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet items between GL and sub ledger and resolve reconciling items
4) Managing VAT, BT, Duty and other business tax and individual income tax filing, preparing corporate income tax return.
2. Reporting & Analysis
1) Preparation, review and dissemination of monthly financial reports as per? reporting standards and requirement of the JV
2) Supervise monthly closing processes with strict adherence to deadline
3) Responsible for the preparations of various reports and information requested by internal and external parties, e.g. Tax Bureau, and Ministry of Finance;
4) Performs analytical review on financial statements and prepares reports explaining variances with prior periods and budget; and suggest areas for improvement
5) Assist CFO to develop financial budget, business plan and operating forecast
Provide other analysis per request.
3. Internal Finance Control
1) Establishes internal controls and ensure operating procedures and control on sales cycle, purchase cycle, fixed assets…etc. are adequate
2) Monitor compliance with US and PRC generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures. Implement policies and procedures aligned to the local statutory requirement.
3) Responsible to develop and maintain policies and procedures aligned to business changes and requirement
4. External Compliance
1) Assist CFO to ensure compliances – Taxation, Company law and foreign currency transaction etc.;
2) Liaise with external and internal auditors.
5. Working Capital & Cash Flow
1) Monitor working capital to meet day-to-day operation needs including on time receivables collection and payment cycle
2) Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow to maintain a healthy cash flow to meet both strategic and operational requirements
3) Assist CFO set up customer credit system and supplier payment term system to enable positive cash flow
6. Business Support
1) Actively provide support to operation and functional teams in terms of training and advise business activities impact on financial performance
7. Others
1) Complete project or ad hoc task designated by CFO
Requirements:
1. Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Business Management;
2. Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
3. Must have at least 5 years work experience in Accounting and/or Finance Auditing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
4. Knowledge of US GAAP;
5. Working knowledge of Chinese legal, tax & financial regulations;
6. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory;
7. Hands-on person, high team spirit, committed, systematic and target-oriented, with initiative and problem-solving ability
