职位描述

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
1. Bachelor or above with major Mechanical Engineering, Electric/Mechanics or related.
2. 5 - 8 years’ work experience in facility equipment management.
3. Good experience in Professional maintenance field.

Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)
1. Good interpersonal skills
2. Positive mindset and willing to learn new skills and knowledge.
3. Good team work and willing to accept challenge.
4. English Read, writing & spoke ability. Be proficient in translation of notes, specifications, and other necessary documentation and able to create process and work instructions in both English and Chinese
5. Experience in equipment reliability and preventive maintenance methodology.
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office software, SAP etc.
7. Good presentation skills to leadership and maintenance team on facility maintenance program requirements
8. Mechanical Integrity knowledge a plus
9. Project management experience a plus

Continuous Improvements
1. Drives a visually managed work environment
2. Responsible for facility operator’s technical & spec training and qualification
3. Practice Standard Work and drive standardized effective solutions
4. Leads Root-Cause Analysis & Rapid Problem Solving for troubleshooting
5. Drives a continuous improvement culture by instilling Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology
6. Implement TPM/WCM behaviors, systems, and processes to continually improve competitiveness.
7. Support metrics performance in Safety, Maintenance Quality, Productivity, Cost and Continuous Improvement
8. Play critical role in implementation of facility TPM / WCM.

Facility Management
1. Maintain facility equipment manuals, handbooks, drawings, certificates, records and associate logs.
2. Take responsibility for meeting/exceeding the Maintenance Reliability Targets and for aligning
3. Maintenance Reliability strategies ;
4. Comply with HSE management system; make sure maintenance activities are in compliance with local regulation and policies.

Coaching and Mentoring
1. Good coating and training skills to maintenance team on facility maintenance program requirements
2. Play critical role in Creating a work environment conductive to employee moral, motivation, growth and
3. teamwork to accomplish performance objectives
4. Use effective coaching techniques to develop a culture of employee engagement
5. Conduct professional coaching for employees in facility field

Leadership
1. Has the capacity to manage a team of facility engineers and technicians on specific projects.
2. Strong leadership skills with sense of urgency and ability to motivate employees.
3. Has the capacity to replace Maintenance Manger when he is in absence.
