Report to Sales Manager directly, responsible for the Management of promoters and other task assigned by line manager in Local. They are to ensure the fulfillment of the company's objectives and respect of the company's strategy.
向销售经理直接汇报，负责管理当地促销人员及直线负责人安排的其他相关工作。员工的行为需尊重公司发展目标及公司发展策略。
Work Responsibilities
工作职责
- Be Responsible for recruitment and training of promoters for Beer brand;
负责啤酒品牌促销员的招聘、培训、管理等相关事宜；
- Communicate with promotion channel person in charge to make sure cooperation happen successfully;
与促销渠道的负责人保持良好的合作以确保促销活动顺利展开；
- Understand market need and propose valued ideas to company;
理解市场需求并且为公司提供有价值的建议；
- Manage promoters’ work and their working appraisal;
安排促销员工作并且做出绩效考核；
- According to company target evaluation of promotion bonus situation;
根据公司目标评定促销员的奖金达成情况；
- Weekly market visit on regular and field training of promoters for practical problems.
每周定期进行市场走访并针对实际问题对促销员进行实地培训
- Management and control sales promotion fee and promoters of the cost, ensuring the company's resource input efficiency
管理并控制促销管理费和促销员的费用，确保公司资源投入的效率
- Submit weekly and monthly reports and provide monthly sales analysis
准时提交周报，月报并提供月度销量分析
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the promotional activities, according to the category analysis promoters stores sales volume changes and the reasons, found the problem and solutions.
评估促销活动的效果，按品类分析促销员门店销量变化及原因，发现问题并提出解决方案
- Assist sales team to formulate the corresponding promoters incentive mechanism, to better improve the comprehensive quality of the team
协助销售团队制订相应的促销员激励机制，更好提高团队的综合素质
Requirements:
职位要求
- familiar with night club market and related management experience will be preferred;
熟悉夜店促销渠道及拥有相关的管理经验；
- management and training of Promoters team experience
管理培训促销团队的经验
- Current health certification

- Education: College or above;
教育：大专或以上；
- Good English
