Responsibility:

- Support HR Manager to lead the HR team.

- Liaise with functional managers to develop and implement training that are appropriate for their business needs;

- Conduct employee orientation and introductory training so the new employees are quickly integrated into the organization.

- Supporting HR Manager to make HR annual recruitment and training budget and control for each function. Prepare recruitment and training analytical data review of the cost vs. budget and identify forecast changes.

- Select external consultant and training providers to ensure that the organization receiveds satisfactory standard service.

- Evaluate external labour market conditions and internal employees turnover trends in order to recommend changes to company's recruitment and reward strategies and adapt existing recruitment activities to change market conditions;

- Ensure correct handling employee relationship, labour dispute etc.

- Create open, fair, frankly and comfortable working environment for employees

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in HR.

-Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position

-Minimum 2 years of managerial experience

-Experience with organization structure

-Preferable experience from an international environment

-Preferable experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
