职位描述

Ongoing business

× Monthly assessment & reconciliation of A&P expenses and liabilities.

× Prepare and complete stock takings in cooperation with warehouse Manager.

× Monthly analysis and reconciliation of COGS/standard cost (budget vs. actual including variance analysis).

General tasks

× Continuously assure effective internal processes and high accounting accuracy.

× Assure monthly assessment & reconciliation of all accounts and high quality in closing of accounts.

× Prepare monthly and year-end reporting to CO-RO.

× Ensure correct handling of VAT, tax and duties etc. including liaising with auditor, authorities and tax agents.

× Review all vouchers and bookkeeping in accounting system.

× Train and develop the competencies in the accounting team.

× Prepare local annual report and tax return including liaising with external auditor.

× Participate in the budgeting process
