Responsibilities：

1.Strategic Planning
-Establish / upgrade / implement company ESH regulations and system, ensure company's environment / safety / health are in compliance with government rules and regulations;
-Through energy saving and emission reduction, make factory can walk in the forefront of the international same industry on the road of sustainable development .

-Enhance ESH concepts within the factory through training courses and related activities.

2.Ongoing business:
-ESH risk identification,evaluation,classfication, solutions and implementation for all factory's machines / utilities;
-Establish energy consumption (electricity,water,gas,oil etc.) management system, monitor the efficience,

analysis exception, continuously reduce energy consumption per unit product through management and hardware modification.

3.General tasks:
-Continuously reduce emission (waste water, waste gas, waste residue) per unit product through management and hardware modification;
-Responsible for ESH related accident investigation,analysis and solution;
-Support and assist the other tasks (especially including site maintenance) of Engineering department.


Requirements：

1.Major in engineering, preferrable industry safety / environmental protection, college degree or above.

2.Related training record of ESH.
3.Over 3 years ESH practical experience in electrcal installation and repaire / power supply / power distrbution, holder of electrical operating license.
4.Strong ability to identify, analysis, control and solve risk.
5.Proficient with Excel / Word / PPT / Auotocad etc. software.
6.Ability to read related English technical information.
7.Initiative,passinate,good team player, good communicator.
8.Preferrable experience in ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
9.Preferrable hold the certified safety engineer's qualification certificate.
10.Preferrable experience in Lean Production Safety Pillar or Environment Pillar.
11.Preferrable xperience in an international company that belong chemical / food / beverage / medicine industry.
12.Preferrable experience in site equipment repairment.

岗位职责

1. 建立完善推行公司ESH相关规章制度和体系，确保公司在环保，安全和健康方面100%符合政府的法律法规要求。
2. 通过节能减排，使公司在可持续性发展的道路上走在国际同行业前列。
3. 对全厂设备/设施进行ESH风险识别，评估，分级，提供解决方案及实施。
4. 建立全厂能源消耗（电/水/气/油等）的管理系统，数据跟踪，异常分析，通过管理和硬件改造来持续降低单位产品能耗率。
5. 通过三废（废液/废气/废渣）环保排放的管理和硬件改造来持续降低单位产品废物排放率。
6. 负责全厂安全/环境/健康相关事故调查，分析，处理。
7. 支持和协作工程部的其它工作（包括现场维修）。


职位要求

1. 工科类专业，工业安全/环保类专业优先，大专以上学历。
2. 有3年以上ESH专职实践经验。
3. 有较强的风险识别、分析、控制、解决能力。
4. 熟悉电脑Excel/Word/PPT/Auotocad等操作系统。
5. 能够看懂相关英文技术资料。
6. 工作积极主动，充满激情，良好团队协作精神和跨部门有效沟通能力。
7. 熟悉ISO14001及OHSAS18001者优先。
8. 有注册安全工程师资格者优先。
9. 有精益生产安全环境支柱经验者优先。
10.有化工/饮料/食品/医药/日化等行业跨国公司工作经验者优先。
11.有现场设备实操维修工作经验者优先。
