Major Responsibilities/Activities:
？ -Ensure Validation Master Plan (VMP) are maintaine and executed accordingly.
？ -Coordinate validation and qualification activites with department as well as vendor.
？ -Manage change control ensure it is implemented, executed and managed effectively.
？ -Involve in improvement project. Analyze root cause and provide effective improvement action to drive the plant to produce lowest cost, highest efficiency and highest quality products.
？ -Manage CAPA and customer complaint, ensure the CAPA and customer complaint is maintain and track on time of the completion.
？ -Applies research, information gathering and analytical skills.
？ -Handles detailed, structured problems.
？ -Other task assigned by superior

-REQUIREMENTS:

-Involved in validation activities in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing
-Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems would be preferred.
-Working exposure and understanding of manufacturing process.
-Good practical knowledge of GMP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
-2 to 5 years of validation relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
-Project management skills or experience in project management is essential.
-Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills
-Proven problem-solving capability, customer focus and commitment to continuous
-A strong command of written English.
