Primary Accountabilities 主要职责:

1.Responsible for all site utility equipment, energy system and buildings, understand the equipment technical of fire fighting, Chilling, air compressor, Energy supply and HVAC, fix the problems on time.
负责维护工厂外围设备，能源供给系统和建筑物等。熟悉消防系统，冷冻机，空压机，供电供水系统，空调通风系统的故障原理并予以及时处理

2.Day to day maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure all planned PMs are carried out in a timely manner and prioritize the maintenance work daily;
日常维护保养和故障处理，确保计划中的维护工作及时执行并关注日常工作重点。

3.Continuously improvement on equipment performance and energy saving;
持续优化设备运行表现和能源节约。

4.Be accountable for people and equipment safety for own work area, and comply with all company EHS policies from equipment aspect;
负责工作范围内的设备及人员安全，各项工作符合公司安全政策。

5.Equipment data recording and analysis for improvements
设备运行数据记录，分析并改善。

6.24hrs standby for emergency maintenance
24小时待命， 紧急故障时需及时进厂处理。

7.Daily work tracking and reporting
日常工作跟踪和汇报，

8.Utility equipment spare parts management
外围设备备件的使用和管理。

9.Support outside contractor supervision and management.
支持对外部承包商工作的监管。

10.Support Site Engineering projects with Supervisor management.
按管理需要，支持工厂工程部的各类项目的实施。


Background Requirements 背景要求：

1.Technical school graduate or above ;
技校，中专或以上的技术学校毕业背景。

2.At least 5 year experience of utility equipment maintenance activities in a Multinational Company; including fire fighting, power supply, chill system, HVAC, air compressor, water treatment etc.
5年以上外资或跨国企业的各类外围设备，公用设施的维护经验。包括消防，供电，冷冻，空调通风，空压和水处理等。

3.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and interact with people at all levels within and outside the company;
优秀的个人技术和沟通能力。能独立与公司内部和外部人员合作。

4.Able to read all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting drawings.
足够的机械，电器，管路，消防相关图纸的阅读能力。

5.Familiar with utility equipment with valid certificates;
熟悉外围设备，公用设备设施并持有效证件。

6.Hands on, has adequate machining skills
动手能力强，具有一定的机械加工能力。

7. Electrical certificates （LV and/or HV ）
持弱电上岗证，高低双证为佳。
