1.At least 6 year experience in IT area and 3 years experience on management position. Hands-on experience to support server, network and other IT Infrastructure are preferred.

2.Good IT operation management skill, including incident management, data center management, IT budget, IT Audit, Assets management, security, and etc.

3.Rich experience of end user support and user oriented working style.

4.Good project management and communication skills.

5.Discipline, structured and self-motivated working style.

6.Good oral/written English and working experience in MNC are preferred.

工作职责

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1.Lead IT team in Central China Locations (Beijing, Nanjing, Suzhou, Shanghai) to support business operation.

2. Work closely with Common Service Center in Malaysia to deliver IT service. Ensure user’s satisfaction and SLA.

3. Proactively communicate with local management team and end user to capture business requirements, suggestion and concerns.

4.Be responsible for IT daily operation, including assets management, IT audit, IT Budget/Expense, IT system capacity planning. Ensure the compliance of Corporate standard, guideline and policy.

5．Implement Infra project within approved budget and schedule.
