Job Details & Key Responsibilities
1.负责制定区域关键客户销售策略
Responsible for establishment of sales strategy for regional key customers
2.负责所管区域的关键客户招商与维持工作
Responsible for attracting and maintaining regional key customers
3.负责预测客户订单量,领导所在销售团队执行并完成计划
Responsible for forecasting order volume, leading sales team to implement and fulfill plans
4.关键客户重点项目谈判,包含定价,交货期等
Negotiation with key customers over major projects including pricing, and date of delivery
Applicant Attributes
Education Background:
本科及其以上学历,市场营销、企业管理等相关专业背景
Bachelor degree and above of majors such as marketing & sales,business management and so on
Work Experience:
5年以上销售管理工作经验
At least 5 years' working experience in sales management
具有钢材销售、汽车零部件销售管理经验者优先
Any one which has experience in steels sales, auto parts sales and management is preferred
Skills:
技能要求:
良好的内、外沟通能力,团队管理能力、谈判能力和写作能力
Excellent abilities in internal and external communication, team management, negotiation and writing
中英文听说读写流利
Fluent English & Chinese in listening, speaking, read and writing
能适应频繁出差
Adaptable to frequent trips
