1、管理、营销、（光）通讯、电子类相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、35-50岁左右，3年以上光通讯行业同等岗位任职经历；
3、具有较强的市场开拓能力，熟悉光通信市场及主要厂家，了解行业内大客户入围供应商的流程，并能组织实施；
4、社会资源丰富、社会活动能力强、有光通讯行业大客户资源者优先；
5、精力充沛，创新能力强，具备出色的解决问题和判断决策能力、领导能力、战略控制能力、营销能力、人际交往沟通协调能力、工作的计划与执行监管控制能力，能承受各种工作压力；
6、具有较强的团队凝聚力，先进的管理理念，通晓企业管理、经济学、营销学、财务等方面的专业知识；
7、准确把握国家相关行业法规政策，对国家经济、行业形势有深入的了解和准确的判断。
