1、（光）通信、电子类相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、熟悉光通信市场及主要厂家，具有较强的市场分析能力；
3、至少拥有5年以上光通信类产品的销售经验；
4、具有较强的市场开发和业务拓展能力；
5、在技术与商务各方面都具有较强的客户沟通能力，可独立制订市场推广方案；
6、从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的研发提供指导性建议。
7、具备优秀的团队合作意识、客户服务意识和强烈的责任心；
8、可在较强的工作压力下保持工作稳定性，能适应经常出差。
