Responsibility:

-Responsible for the direct communication with the exporters and/or freight forwarders and other external parties (if necessary) to ensure all documentation requirements are met.

-Review all final documentations in timely manner to ensure the completeness and conformity of the documents presented by the exporters.

-Review the description of goods and final documents against description of inspected goods.

-Notify the exporters in the event of discrepancies or deficiency in their paperwork that will prevent the issuance of the ROF/IDR.

-Review requests for inspections received from exporters against the Authorized Document and process the same in timely manner.

-Liaise with Pricing Analysts and Inspection Coordinators regarding any discrepancy on final documents.

-Issue the Report of Findings after verifying the final documents for completeness and conformity.

-Distribute the Report of Findings to the relevant parties after issuing the certification.

-Implement and maintain the internal quality system in order to comply with the international quality standard and operation procedure.

-Ensure compliance with company policies in place from time-to-time, especially the US Embargo Law, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Zero Tolerance Policy.

-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

-Bachelor Degree or above

-CET-4 or above

-Inspection or inspection coordination experience are preferable.

-Working under pressure

-Strong sense of responsibility and working seriously

-Good communication skill
