Position Summary:
To manage, analysis, develop, support & enhance IT applications.

Key Responsibilities:
--Assist IT manager on project management and team supervision.
--Conduct business requirement analysis and documentation, and system implementaion and deployment.
--Planning and monitoring of system resources and performance.
--Coordinate changes in scope, schedule or approach with users or internal and external development teams.
--Specify testing procedures and environments to ensure quality, effectiveness and functionality of system.
--Support IT-related requests from internal users and external business partners.
--Diagnosis and resolution of system problems.
--Perform other job related assignments as required.
Person Specifications:
--Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer science or related disciplines.
--5 years working experience in enterprise application support, it's better to have software development backgroud.
--Good Skills in project management.
--Proficient in Windows platform (like Terminal Server, IIS etc).
--Proficient in Sybase, SQL Server database.
--Proficient in VMWare platform and Citrix.
--Knowledge of Java/ J2EE, ASP Net, Power builder.
--Knowledge of MS Window 2003/2008 server, MS share point service.
--Good in problem solving, independent and a good team player.
--Good communication skills.
--Good command of English in reading and writing.
