一、工作职责：
1.负责处理销售部门内部行政事宜；
2.协助销售团队做好销售规划，处理客户订单及协调、跟进确保客户订单的顺利执行，包括协助处理客户投诉、核对存货和客户信用 额度及期限等；
3.处理或协助完成供应商订货、开票以及付款的安排；
4.销售合同校对评审与存档管理；处理或协助固定资产的管理；
5.客户问询电话函件的及时回应及持续的跟踪回馈；
6.独立、精确、及时完成各类销售报表；
7.协助销售完成各类销售文书及客户要求表单；协同销售人员及其它部门跟催应收账款；
8.协助组织安排销售会议、展览会及客户研讨会；
9.与所有的客户和经销商建立积极的交流和良好的商业合作关系；

二、岗位要求：
1.全日制大专毕业或以上学历；
2.英语读写熟练，具备相关英语水平资格证书；
3.熟练运用办公室软件，有SAP经验更佳；
4.性格开朗，善于沟通；具有很强的责任心及团队意识。工作态度积极主动，能在压力下工作；良好的学习能力，积极进取，愿意不断改进；
5.至少一年以上的相关工作经验；
