Job responsibility
1. Follow closely on the completeness and accuracy of shipping docs before goods arrival
2. Follow inbound logistic status and goods receipt and release status in bonded warehouse
3. Timely communicate with oversea supplier, ELC/ALC, international forwarder and FTZ LSP to indentify the risks and solve it in a timely manner
4. Conduct goods receipt in SAP and solve the issue associated with goods receipt, then upload the accurate goods receipt report.
5. Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders before goods arrival for new product launch, importer/port change etc to make sure smooth launch and importer/port cutover
6. Provide the docs required by finance for FX payment purpose and assist finance to provide the historical record required for audit purpose.
7. Prepare ecoding registration dossier and apply for EDMC security key with support from Dalian plant
8. Communicate oversea plant and importer regarding the provision of EDMC, download the EDMC from CFDA website and upload the EDMC from oversea plant to CFDA website
9. Provide back-up support to PCH order management and logistic.
10. Provide administration support to GL&S

Technical skill requirement
1. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
2. Skilled in use of PC
3. Careful and logical thinking
4. Good communication & presentaitn skill
5. Good problem solving skill

Experience & Background
1. University degree. Major of international trade or computer preferred.
2. 3-5 years working experience. Muti-national Pharma or forwarder experience preferred.

主要工作职责：
1. 跟进进口货物到港前所需要运输文档的准确性和完整性（发票，箱单，MAWB/HAWB）
2. 跟进进口货物的进境到港以及在保税区收货和释放的状态
3. 及时与国外工厂、ELC/ALC、FORWARDER和LSP沟通所发现的潜在风险因素，并及时解决。
4. 完成系统SAP收货操作,并及时处理收货过程出现的问题，及时上传准确的收货报告
5. 当有新产品上市，或发生口岸及进口商的改变，提前做好相应准备及沟通工作，确保新产品上市，转港的顺利；
6. 每月提供财务付外汇时所需的信息；协助财务提供审计时所要求提供的历史记录。
7. 准备电子监管码的入网资料，在大连工厂协助下办理产品持证商新入网需求
8. 与国外工厂和进口商沟通监管码需求，申请下载监管码，并将国外工厂赋码后的关联文件上传监管网
9. 健康药物订单和物流操作的日常工作的支持
10. 提供部门行政支持

技能要求
1. 熟练使用的英语包括听、说、读、写
2. 熟练运用电脑，熟悉SAP者为佳
3. 工作细致，较强的逻辑思维能力
4. 较强的语言沟通表达能力和文字组织能力
5. 较强的解决问题的能力

经验及教育背景要求
1. 大学本科学历，国际贸易或计算机相关专业优先
2. 3-5年工作经验，有跨国制药公司或货运公司工作经历优先
