POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要

BT Service Delivery Analyst is responsible to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with R&D BT, local BT, BT Infrastructure, and business in order to ensure seamless application system support and delivery to business functional line. This role is also responsible for business process and system analysis, project coordination ensuring effective system delivery in conjunction with business, local and global BT partners.

BT服务分析员需与辉瑞全球研发技术部门, 辉瑞医学信息技术部门及全球信息技术部门相关同事间建立并维护高效的工作关系，目的在于确保为各职能部门提供完善的应用系统技术支持和服务。并与当地和全球, 内部及外部信息技术合作伙伴协同工作，负责确保新的应用系统有效地整合到工作环境中。BT服务分析员需直接面对应用系统的终端客户，作为信息技术部门的主要联络人，了解各业务部门的运作流程，确保完善有效的系统解决分析方案应用到信息技术部门和各业务部门。

Key Accountabilities

- Perform application system support and delivery to business functional line;

- Develop and maintain relationships with all business users, within assigned groups;

- Understand application systems and business processes to perform business analysis to business requirements;

- Assist to make recommendations to Business users to enable maximum exploitation of technology within the business functions;

- Assist in project coordination with Clients and BT team members to develop and execute technology solutions;

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Education 学历要求

- Bachelor degree in computer science 计算机科学大学本科学历

Experience 经验要求

- At least 2 year experiences of working in an IT system support environment

在信息技术支持领域2年以上工作经验

- Experience of working in a customer facing role

具备面向客户服务的工作经验

- Experience of working in an IT Support and Services role. It’s preferred to have IT development experience such as SharePoint
