POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, HR BT Business Partner is the single point of accountability for HR Business Technology solutions across China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This role is a key business partner responsible for initiating and influencing relationships with and between key stakeholders in order to identify opportunities to develop and execute technology strategies and roadmaps in all divisions in the markets in line with the Global HR, BT and HR BT strategy as well as to provide technical support as required for HR Systems in the markets. The Senior Manager, HR BT Business Partner will seek to understand business needs, acting as an advocate in HR BT for various stakeholders and will influence the specific direction of product and service offerings to meet country and global needs.

The role requires the ability to educate country resources on solution offering and to support the implementation and support of Global, Regional and Local HR systems in the market. This person will provide facilitation, consulting skills, technical analyst and project management expertise to successfully implement and support HR and other business areas to drive efficiency in the markets that is aligned with the global strategy.

This Senior Manager, HR BT Business Partner will work closely with the BT teams in China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan to ensure all HR Systems are well supported and aligned in these markets. Finally, this person must have the ability to work independently as part of a regional team in a matrix organization with strong Chinese and English language capabilities. This role will have a dotted line into the China BT Lead and will be a valued member of the China BT community as a member of the Global HRBT team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
*Act as the single point of contact for HR Business Technology across all divisions in China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan
*Translate Market HR business needs into high-value HRBT solutions, leveraging existing systems and solutions
*Maintain ongoing relationships with country and regional HR and BT stakeholders
*Understand technology strategy to support local HR and business strategies and goals
*Identify gap-fit and develop opportunities to minimize local system dependencies by adopting global solutions
*Ensure that solutions are aligned with overall HRBT strategy and that requirements are implemented in final product
*Develop, deploy and monitor the execution of the HRBT projects and programs in the market
*Provide technical L3 support as required for enterprise and local HR systems
*Work independently and with local, regional and global team members to ensure successful implementation of global systems
*Work closely with the China BT team to ensure all HR Systems support is aligned
*Ensure service delivery standards are maintained and work with necessary local, regional and global teams to escalate issues
*Represent the full scope of BT services and act as an escalation point when needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
*5 - 7 years experience partnering with the business to develop IT strategies and programs
*Bachelor degree Information Technology, Business Computer Science or an affiliated field required
*MBA or other advanced degree preferred
*Strong technical and analytical skills in PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll and other HR Systems
*Experience with systems development methodologies and delivery in a global environment
*Experience designing, building and supporting HR or other enabling function systems and processes preferred
*Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with high level non-technical stakeholders as well as technical development teams
*Demonstrated initiative, self-reliance, and proactive behavior
*Strong customer focus and service orientation
*Strong Chinese and English communication skills (written and oral)
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
*Experience managing external vendor partners, particularly based at other locations
*Demonstrated ability to partner in a matrix environment
