职位概述

建立和制定社会医疗渠道团队(SCC)各产品及产品组合的市场策略,发展客户支持项目,推广公司产品或服务以维护客户关系并提升公司和产品形象。总之,协助SCC销售总监构建有效的非公立医院的市场战略和相应的各项市场活动和客户服务,从而使业务效益最大化并支持业务达成销售及利润目标。


主要职责

· 协助销售总监制定全国民营医院的客户市场发展战略及市场发展目标

· 针对关键客户的需求,充分利用公司有效资源,设计制定有价值的市场方面的增值服务和其它解决方案,最大限度提高客户满意度

· 与公司市场部门各产品组、相关销售团队沟通、协调共同开展工作,制定品牌管理策略,维护公司品牌并提高公司形象,同时满足客户需求。

· 针对市场策略和客户需求,制定具体的市场销售实施计划,以保持客户的满意度和品牌忠诚度。

· 维护市场数据,并通过数据的整理和分析为销售管理团队制定整体战略规划提供依据。

· 与各医院管理协会或民营医院管理机构沟通、协调,共同合作开展非公立医院医生的医学再教育项目或其它有意义的公益事业。

· 与全国集团医院销售团队合作,共同打造集团医院的管理论坛平台,以进一步开拓非公立医院的市场。

· 与公司医学部、市场部、销售团队以及重要目标客户的沟通、协调,以确保医学信息传递的一致性和专业性。从而,进一步提升辉瑞公司的美誉度。

· 为团队制定发展年度目标和人员发展目标,并激励团队成员完成各项任务


背景要求

· 医学、药学专业,研究生学历以上优先,MBA更为推荐

· 至少8年以上制药行业工作经验

· 至少3年的大客户管理经验以及3年以上的产品管理经验

JOB SUMMARY

Establish and develop marketing strategy for product and product portfolio of Society Care Channel (SCC) business. Develop customer support projects, promote the company's products and services to maintain customer relationships and enhance brand and company images. Summarily, assist SCC director to plan effective marketing strategy for non-public hospitals and the corresponding marketing and customer service activities to maximize efficiency of the business and achieve sales and profit targets.


KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS

- Assist the Director to establish and develop the customer marketing strategy and objectives of private hospitals nationwide

- Develop the value-added services and other solutions to maximize key customer satisfaction by making full use of effective company resources

- Collaborate with marketing departments of each product group and related sales teams. Work together to develop the brand management strategy, maintain and enhance the reputation of the company and its brands to, meanwhile meeting customer need.

- Develop specific marketing implementation plan in connection with the market strategy and customer needs to maintain customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

- Maintain and analysis the market data to provide the basis for setting overall strategic planning to the management team.

- Communicate and cooperate with the Hospital Management Association and private hospital management organization to carry out medical re-education project for non-public hospital doctors and other meaningful public welfare.

- Cooperate with the sales team of Group hospitals to build the Group Hospital Management Forum platform to further development of the non-public hospitals market.

- Communicate with the company medical department, marketing department, sales team and important customers to ensure the consistency and professionalism of medical information, meanwhile, enhance Pfizer's reputation.

- Develop annual sales target and staff development objectives with the purpose to motivate team members to fulfill various tasks.


BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

· University graduates in Medical, Pharmaceuticals, preferable in MBA

· At least 8 working years in Pharm. industry

· At Least 3 years product and key account management experience
