岗位职责：Responsibilities

1). 配合疫苗中国的发展方向，及时了解疾病预防和疫苗行业的政策进展、研究和分析政策的机会和挑战，撰写政策分析报告及对接策略和方案.

Pay close attention to disease prevention and policy development, research as well as chances and challenges in Vaccines industry. Be responsible for analyzing policy and communicating strategies.

2）支持疫苗中国的业务发展，协调沛儿在自费市场政策及公费市场的NIP\PIP\CIP以及药物经济学项目。

Be responsible for lead/coordinate NIP, PIP, CIP, Pharmaco-economy study projects for Prevenar public and private market.
3). 建立和维护良好的政府关系，与政府相关管理部门(如卫计委、中国疾控中心等)保持良好的沟通，及时有效地拓展公共关系，塑造良好的政策环境，代表公司参与或独立进行政策业务沟通并达成工作目标。

Establish and maintain good relationship with Government and relative departments (eg. NHFPC, CDC, etc.), help to create favorable environment and public relations and communicate on behalf of Pfizer to achieve objectives.
4）应对、处置与政府相关的突发事件。

Help deal with problems relate to government departments event;
5）建立并维护与内部和跨部门沟通及合作

Build up, maintain smooth communication and cooperation within and across departments;

REQUIREMENTS
资格要求:
1). 本科或以上学历， 公共卫生、管理等专业优先

Bachelor degree and above required. Major on Public Health and Management preferred.
2). 8年以上外资医药行业GA/ KA管理、销售、市场管理相关工作经验者优先

8 years or above relevant work experience or foreign pharmaceutical GA/ KA management, sales, marketing, management experience.

3）良好分析能力和人际沟通技巧

Good analyzing ability and communication skills.

4). 具有很强的责任心，能够承担较大的工作压力。

Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under great pressure

5）流利的中英文口语及写作能力

Fluent verbal & written English skill is required.
