Position Description:
1. Be engaged in B/S and assigned parts planning and supply management. Know how to make logical material plan based on 13-week forecast and long-term sales strategy.

2. Follow regularly with GSM/supplier in regard of improving delivery performance.

3. Coordinate any kind of engineering changes and parts transition, work out overall transition plan with GSM, RD and supplier in the base of safe production and cost orientation.

4. Keep close monitor on inventory discrepancies, host the stock counting twice one year.

5. React quickly and accelerate material calling-in process in face of sudden material shortage.

6. Manage supplier stock-pulling levels and work regularly on inventory target.

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of engineering, material management or equivalent education background.

2. Minimum 3-year working experience if the field of material planning and inventory management, working experience in ODM to be preferred.

3. Be familiar with MRP system, Clear logic for material planning and strong ability for inventory control.

4. Be fluent in computer skills, written and verbal communication skills.

5. Independent and assertive working spirit, be ready to work under great pressure.
