Responsibility:
-Defines the means needed (budget, training, resources) for the team work/development and responsible of Team Design Competences progress (Design experience capitalization, LLC)
-Organizes schedule, workload and follow-up within the design teams with team leaders and other VLS Divisions.
-Responsible of Quality, Costs, Lead Time of Design work. Follow and update needed indicators for the Design Teams performance.
-Ensures the application of VALEO standards and 5 axes. Together with Quality:
-Defines and follows the Action Plans requested to solve product issues.
-Respect the procedure/system and support for the needed change/adaptation of design quality system
-Leads Design Reviews and Design FMEA with experts.
-Manage the department, and be involved in recruitment affair.

Requirement:
- At least 7 years working experience and 4 years in Headlamp/Rear lamp design.
- Knowledge of CAD software and Mould Design Constraints.
- Experienced in FMEA and knowledge of reliability.
- Besides native tongue, at least fluent in English.
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Additional foreign language will be a plus.
