职位描述

Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Wuhan and Chongqing


Position Focus:

- New products designing and process designing according to company's development strategy

- Preparing of layout, In charge organize time study and improvement to achieve the process efficiency.

- In charge of management and implement of engineering changes of products and process

- BOM and Engineering change approve

- In charge the Work instruction /PFMEA/Process flow chart/ layout approve

- Technology document management, control product specification and test require.

- Assist quality problem solving

- Preparing of PPAP in cooperation with Quality.

- In charge PFEP of new product and rack design of line side.

- responsible for production line renew /improvement, control/approval of adding new tool/equipment, coordinate with purchasing

- champion of new program

- In charge new program equipment and tools PR approve.

- Implement and update TS16949/ISO14001 system and documentation

- Support and manage localization project.


Education:

- Bachelor degree in automobile or related industry technical degree or equivalent experience.


Experience:

- At least 5 years auto metals product developing experience, familiar with designing, testing and evaluation method.

- Familiar with auto industrial standard, code and regulations

- Mastery of ISO/TS16949/ISO9001/QS9000/VDA6.1 quality system, familiar with interior design process, APQP process ,PFMEA,SPC,PPAP, technical knowledge of auto related industry.

- Good skill for reading and designing the drawings.

- Familiar with operating of computer software-Ms office package, Auto-CAD.

- Preferably working experience in international operating companies

- Handicraft skills, self-initiative, improvisation skills

- Open-mindedness in dealing with others.

- Good experience with Product engineering /industrial engineering /Program management fields.
