主要任务和职责Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- 制定分公司持续改进的目标,计划,推进公司内部的持续改进活动，确保持续改进活动能得到有效地开展。
Branch to develop continuous improvement goals, plans, promote the company's continuous improvement activities to ensure continuous improvement activities can be effectively carried out.
- 持续改进项目的收集、分析;指导改进小组成员制定、优化改进计划，实施改进项目。
Continuous improvement project for the collection, analysis; guide team members to develop improved, optimized and improved plan, implement improvement projects.
- 跟踪各工厂/分公司所有持续改进项目状态并保证及时完成质量及成本节约目标。

- 运用持续改进工具协助内部的持续改进执行者实施、跟踪项目，完成公司为 CI 部门制定的各项指标，对实施效果进行分析评估。

- 对改进方法进行标准化、文件化;整理相关改进文件及数据，进行归档

- 协助在公司内部形成持续改进的文化氛围，提高员工积极参与持续改进活动的热情;与公司内外部相关部门保持联系，进行必要的持续改进信息沟通、交流。
Assist in the formation of continuous improvement within the company culture, increase staff participation in continuous improvement activities, enthusiasm; and relevant departments inside and outside the company to keep in touch, make the necessary continuous improvement of information communication and exchange.
- 负责在公司内部开展各类持续改进的培训，辅导、培养员工，帮助员工发挥优势。
Responsible for continuous improvement within the company to carry out various types of training, counseling, training employees to help staff its advantages


对成本的责任 Responsible for Costs:
- 寻找降低成本机会的项目，帮助工厂、部门达到降低成本的目标。
To seek for the opportunity to cost down, and to assist department/plant to achieve the target


分析要求Analytical Requirements:
- 具备统计知识和产品分析能力，运用精益生产的理念，推进公司的持续改进。
With statistical knowledge and product analysis, the use of the concept of lean production, and promote the company's continuous improvement.


资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:

- 教育: 大学本科及以上学历；
Education：Bachelor degree or above

- 经历：五年相关工作经验；
Experience: Minimum 5 years work experience on CI;

- 其他: 精通6 Sigma, JCMS, VA/VE 过程及工具，具有良好的中、英文表达能力；良好的沟通技巧和团队领导能力。
Other: Familiar with CI methods (6 Sigma,JCMS VA/VE etc.)
Be fluently both in Chinese and English
