Position Description:
1. Support Lenovo Supply Chain and Logistics business strategy
2. Conduct network analysis and operation review within Asia Pacific region
3. Set-up central database to collect Logistics related data points for the AP network
4. Work with cross functional teams to develop process for data collection
5. Generate monthly dashboard to show trends by routes and lanes
6. Conduct cost analysis to identify gaps and opportunities within current network
7. Work with extended teams and 3PLs to explore innovative solutions
8. Lead Supply Chain and Logistics related projects within the region

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or Masters with specialization in Logistics or Supply chain is preferred
2. At least 5 years experience in logistics management in large MNC or Global 3PL company
3. Experience in managing regional projects within Asia Pac (especially India and ASEAN)
4. Good understanding of international freight and domestic trucking networks within this region
5. Fluently in English & Mandarin (both written and verbally communication)
6. Good leadership, project management, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
7. Proactive, Self-motivated, Organized, Analytical, Team player, able to handle pressure and stress
8. Able to travel around 20% to 30% of the time (within Asia Pac countries)
9. Familiar with office software’s.
10.PMP, LSS certifications will be an advantage
