Accountability
The Packing Responsible is accountable to:
?Cooperate and have an open communication with Suppliers, Management
?Packing Department Responsible

Main Responsibilities
Source New Supplier and evaluate existing supplier
?Educate and implement Production Office staff and H&M Suppliers in the use of:
-H&M Packing Instruction Manual
-H&M Packing ABC
-H&M Packing Sheet
-Packing Updates
?Follow up implementation of Packing routines and Packing Updates.
?Follow up error reports from DC(Distribution Center) and CO(Country Office).
?Follow up Packing Updates.
?Function as a support and “helpdesk” for suppliers and PO staff, BO(Buying Office), DC.
?Be able to take own decisions, regarding packing,based on experience and knowledge.
?Develop and be in contact with suppliers of: Carton, tape, poly bag, and stickers.
?Be cost conscious, know the costs for different ways of packing.
?Be creative and able to solve packing of new products.
?Cooperate and have an open communication with Global Packing Responsible.
?Packing education for PO Staff, Technicians, Quality Controllers, Merchandises and Shipping Manager.
?Educate suppliers and implement H&M Packing Instructions.
Education and Experience requirements
?Graduation from any reputed University. major in Logistics/transportation, BA/finance/economy/IT/English degree is preferred
?Welcome graduated students

Knowledge and Skills requirements
?Excellent Presentation/Communication skill
?Strong follow up skills
?Good knowledge in Microsoft applications
?Fluent in written & spoken English
?Business minded and quality conscious
?Be able to travel
