Job Description:
1.Handling large numbers of daily customer inquiries through phone, fax and email.
2.The incumbent is accountable for processing customer orders and acting as the primary contact for customers on all order-related enquiries.
3.Handling complaints
4.Maintaining high service levels and improving overall service processes and quality
5.Provide ad hoc administrative support when required
Requirements:
1.2+ years relevant experience,Fresh graduate is also welcomed
2.Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
3.Outstanding telephone manners and highly customer-oriented.
4.Internship experience in foreign invested companies in similar position is preferred.
5.Proficient in using Microsoft office products.
6.Initiative to work on enquiries and solve problems independently.
7.Mature, hardworking, service-oriented and attention
