PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Work with customers’ purchasing department for order details and forecasting info collection, screening and analysis.
1) Work with customers’ finance department to check the payments details, push the payment and check the info of banknotes;
2) Work with customers’ quality related to follow the after-sales warranty, check the claim list, screen those we shouldn’t pay, summarize the info, and ask customers’ to confirm them; follow up the 0-kilm quality issue, collect info, and communicate them with internal quality team;
3) Keep frequent communications with customers, collect all kinds of customer complain such as logistics, after sales, quality and others, and visit them on-site if necessary;
4) Work with SOP roundtable team, closely with the quality, purchasing, planning, production of Operation to follow up the daily sales orders to ensure the on-time delivery;
5) Provide invoice info to Finance department to issue the invoices, and courier the customers to receive the invoices;
6) Input and maintain all kinds of sales order info, pricing info into Oracle system and ensure the data accuracy;
7) Understand project management & ECN process, and support sales to follow up new project;
8) Prepare for sales reports;
9) Track inventory status to meet the related KPI;
10) Other designated accountabilities by the Supervisor.

Education background/Qualifications:
College degree.

Working experience:
1) At least 3 years of customer service working experience;
2) Understand project management & ECN process is a plus.

Skills:
1) Good communication skill;
2) Teamwork and customer orientated;
3) Good command of Korean. Written English is a must;
4) Good PC skill, including Micro Office;
5) Be able to business travel if needs.
