神秘顾客介绍
以一般顾客身份对指定商店，在规定的时间到规定的地点进行“暗访”，提出特定服务需求。通过享受服务的过程，对服务地点的硬件、软件、人员做出的评估过程。

工作内容：暗访调查
工作时作为普通的顾客到指定的店铺里检查店员的服务，根据指示要求记录您参与其中的感觉和评价，然后在暗访结束后安要求及时上网填写问卷。
职位要求
1. 性格外向、思维敏捷、语言表达流利，记忆力好；
2. 有责任心，具备细致、认真、踏实的工作态度；
3. 心理素质良好，能吃苦耐劳；
4. 年满18岁以上。有一定的空余时间；
5. 必须要有相机、mp3、MP4或者具有录音和拍照功能的手机等
6. 方便和熟悉上网；可以安装和使用Skype
工资待遇 计件报酬（根据项目的难度不同10-40元不等）
注意：
要求执行人员在接受思纬相关项目培训后（不收取任何的费用），熟悉问卷及熟悉每一个工作流程后，方可开始进行项目，入店时不能直接拿着问卷在店中一边执行、一边填写。一定要注意保密性。
