Reporting to the Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales team targets, and representing and improving the company brands reputation in the market. They are to ensure the fulfillment of the company's objectives and respect of the company's strategy.

直接向销售经理汇报，负责完成月销售指标及年度销售预算，在市场作为公司品牌代表。员工的行为需尊重公司发展目标及公司发展策略。

Work Responsibilities

-Develop the market

开发市场

-Create promotional plan, and once approved implement in the market

建立促销计划并且将公司批准的促销计划负责落实到市场；

-Understand competitive activity

理解市场竞争

-Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

稳定的达到并且超越销售指标

-Confirm, monitor and select potential wholesaler, which measure up Liquorland’s criterion.

确定，监督及筛选符合礼克岚批发商标准的潜在批发商客户。

-Coordinate between internal team and whole sales and marketing team about consistency in appointed area, pricing and sales information. Especially maintain the price structure in wholesale channel and control sales territory.

在公司销售原则的基础上逐步与客户的高层建立良好的生意伙伴关系，确保客户的满意度的提高

-Report on a timely manner to the Sales Director

定时向销售总监汇报工作情况

Requirements:

职位要求

-At least 2 years experiences in related industry work is preferred;

在相关工作领域至少拥有2年经验优先;

-Independent developing and public relations ability, negotiation skills and certain planning and organization;

具有独立客户开拓能力、公关能力、谈判能力及一定的策划能力和组织能力

-Fluent in business English; excellent written and verbal communications skills.

良好的英语听说读写水平
