职位概要Position Summary:

Mainly responsible of supply chain, including sourcing channel development & quality control, and management of all the projects of products localization in China at European quality standard.

岗位职责Job Responsibility：

1. Direct the day-to-day operations of quality control, supply chain and project management activities.

2. Lead all the activities related to the localization of products and components from the European manufacturing plants to China.

3. Discussing directly with the headquarter in Europe, define the targets of the projects in terms of quality, budget of investment and target costs and achieve the goals set for every project.

4. Select new suppliers, qualify processes and materials, implement together with the production manager the mass production of defined products, and drive the actual data to meet

5. Achieve the goals set for each project; distribute activities and ensure it is completed on time and in respect cost constraints.

6. Provide ongoing leadership, direction, and support for all business quality improvement initiatives.

7. Ensure that products are developed, manufactured, tested and delivered according to established procedures, and that they meet all quality requirements

8. Conduct quality meeting with relevant departments

9. Implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, training/education on quality processes / procedures, drives continuous improvement of the manufacturing process in support of the product line quality goals

10. Implement testing and inspection for purchased materials, goods in process and finished product to assure that all products met company, customer, and regulatory requirements for quality

11. Create and publish results to all departments for review of data to insure a proactive process to problem resolution

Maintain a constant communication flow between the customer and various departments

素质要求Quick learner and has a strong sense of responsibility; Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and mandarin.
专业知识
Bachelor degree, major in mechanics or related field. Good understanding of mechanics and electrics.
技能技巧
Strong leadership skills with excellent analytical skills; a good team player and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
经验
At least 8 years solid experience in quality control and project management at management level; Experience in localization in China of products, related to mechanical and electrical parts, at European standard of quality, is a MUST.
其他要求
Working experience in the medical industry is preferred.
