职位概要Position Summary:

主要负责公司质量管理体系的有效管理

Mainly responsible for company quality system management effectively

岗位职责 Job Responsibility：

？ Direct the day-to-day operations of all quality functions including quality control and quality management system

？ Provide ongoing leadership, direction, and support for all business quality improvement initiatives

？ Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve systems to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services.

？ Insure compliance government and international regulations applicable to our products

？ Ensure that products are developed, manufactured, tested and delivered according to established procedures, and that they meet all quality requirements

？ Conduct quality meeting with relevant departments

？ Implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, training/education on quality processes / procedures, and cost of quality reduction

？ Drives continuous improvement of the manufacturing process in support of the product line quality goals

？ Responsible for the leadership and supervision of quality assurance systems and ISO compliance functions while working jointly with all departments to promote quality improvement and initiate corrective and preventive action to achieve customer satisfaction

？ Supervise and coordinate activities related to document control and internal and external quality systems audits

？ Implement testing and inspection for ingredients, package materials, goods in process, and finished product to assure that all products met company, customer, and regulatory requirements for quality

？ Create and publish results to all departments for review of data to insure a proactive process to problem resolution

？ Informs the head of the operation department and technical department of any out-of- spec situations or negative trends

？ Liaise with SFDA to keep good relationship with them.

素质要求：Quick learner and has a strong sense of responsibility; Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and mandarin.

专业知识 ：
Bachelor degree, major in mechanics or related field. Basic understanding of mechanics and electrics.

技能技巧：
Strong leadership skills with excellent analytical skills; a good team player and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

经验 ：
At least 8 years solid experience in quality management with at least 5 years at management level.

其他要求：
Working experience in the medical industry is preferred.
