Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with operation section to smooth and streamline the work flow;

- Supervise the related customer services functions and activities to ensure they meet customer's requirement;

- Handle special queries and complaints.

Requirement:

- University graduate, preferable in Textile field;

- At least 5 years' actual experience in dealing with clients and also experience in managing a group of staff;

- Very good command of English both in writing and reading

- Mature, Self-motivated, very good communication and interpersonal skill.
