职位描述
1) Continually evaluate all company compensation and benefit policies and procedures and make adjustments to stay competitive within the industry and related local market
2) Recommend effective ways to ensure salary is tied to performance. Suggest how salary increase funds can best be distributed to deserving employees
3) Keep track of important economic predictors, such as the consumer price index, unemployment rate, foreign exchange rate, minimum local salary etc for planning salaries and labor cost budget
4) Keep up-to-date on government rules and regulations that might affect employee compensation packages. Implement changes accordingly.
5) Monitor the effectiveness of HRIS and ensure the data accuracy and reporting quality
6) Coordinate with BU HRs and finance department to make the company wide labor cost related budgeting
7) Lead, direct, and develop C&B specialist to ensure that the organization’s reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets;
8) Act as C&B knowledge expert to provide education and consulting to BU HRs and line managers on general C&B philosophy, principles, procedures and practices.
Education background/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Working experience:
Min. 5 years’ experience working with employee compensation plans or issues
Skills:
1) Skilled in computer operations, statistical analysis, and economic forecasting.
2) Good knowledge of China labour law and regulations
3) Accurate and detail oriented
4) Strong interpersonal and communication sill
5) Self motivated and hard working
6) Good command of English
