职位描述
1) Improve and accelerate our sales to our Key Accounts to achieve sales targets
2) Identification of specific growth opportunities, develop and maintain Key Accounts
3) Visit technical, purchasing dept. of potential customers, present company profile, product and technology, master requirements from customer and look for cooperation projects
4) Deal with RFQ issues from customers, build quotation team and draft calculation and quotation documents, and get the nominations
5) Negotiate commercial issues for mass production (including price, share, payments etec.)
6) Establish higher level and more meaningful relationships within our key accounts
7) Keep frequent communications, and visit key accounts at certain time cycle
8) Monitor all pressure tests being conducted and minimize barriers as needed
9) Attend monthly sales meetings to assure project monitoring, networking and sharing of information.
10) Help and coordinate for customers to solve all kinds of problems such as logistics, after sales, quality and others
11) Teamwork the project from nomination to mass production with standard project management implementation
12) Assist to manage sales and marketing plan and perform well to meet/exceed the revenue targets established
13) Identify the competitors in the markets to find their weakness
14) Other designated accountabilities by the Supervisor
Education background/Qualifications:
1) College degree, technical major preferred but not must
Working experience:
1) 3 years or above sales experience in related field
2) Sales in engine industry or truck or medical industry preferred for related key accounts
3) Extensive related industry customers exposure
4) Experience of developing new customers
Skills:
1) Good selling skill
2) Good communication skill
3) Good command in written and spoken English
4) Project management knowledge
5) Teamwork and customer orientated.
6) Good PC skills, like Mircrosoft Office
7) Can work under pressure
8) Pro-active attitude and initiatives
9) Willing to travel frequently in China nationwide
