Job Title Costing Assistant Manager
Department Supply Chain
Location Putian
Report to Costing Manager
Job Summary This position is to assist Costing Manager with product costing, cost communication/negotiation/confirmation with internal/external partners, and to assist developing costing strategy & maintaining costing system to provide accuracy, efficiency and transparency of product cost.
Essential Functions
Focus on product costing and to maintain/optimize current costing procedures.
? Track and control CCS schedule.
? Analyze and validate cost breakdowns.
? Maintain the standard cost system to ensure timely and accurate cost information.
? Assist HQ on margin evaluation and provide costing support/suggestions on new products' development.
? Make appropriate adjustments in line with company’s global growth and strategic changes.
Conduct daily communication with internal/external teams.
? Collaborate with HQ Product team and China Development, Material team on seasonal product costing and margin evaluation.
? Collaborate with Planning team to provide accurate cost for seasonal PO releasing.
? Collaborate with concerned parties to help expedite the commercialization process after cost confirmation.
? Communicate with partners, vendors on product cost negotiation/confirmation.
? Communicate with oversea partners to support company’s Global Movements, including Giving projects and commercial business.
Other Responsibilities.
? Assist Costing Manager on Team building and perform special projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
? Fluent written and oral English.
? Strong communication skills.
? Self-motivated, independent and good team player.
? Can work under high pressure.
? Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiar with SAP/GTN/PLM system.
? Possess good analytical mind and keen on identifying, supporting and driving for continuous improvements to current processes.
Qualifications
?Bachelor degree or above.
? Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in footwear and possess solid understanding of costing.
? Being Familiar with accessories is a plus.
Special Requirements Minimum 10% travel is required.
