Inventory Management
?Control DC inventory from both system and physical goods perspective and ensure alignment between SAP and WMS, ensure month end inventory balance.
?Monitor all inventory adjustments in WMS performed by 3PL and identify the root causes.
?Perform inventory adjustment in SAP, following the company policies strictly. Take charge of SAP error cleaning & inventory control in SAP system.
?Work with 3PL to check the root cause of system errors and be responsible for system process improvement.
?Work with DC team & order management team to ensure the return inventory balance and solve related system issues.
?Provide all kinds of inventory tracking report with rational analysis to Nike internal departments to support business needs. Take initiative to create inventory reports for various purposes once needed.
?Works closely with finance, merchandising, brand integrity and sales to fulfill inventory related tasks and support special programs for business requirement.
?Coordinate with Nike brand integrity team and DC team to fulfill all quality related & rework request.
?Provide inventory consultant to Nike internal departments. Be an efficient contact window for Nike and 3PL to drive effective results and service improvements.

DC Operations and 3PL Management
?Understand DC process and company policy well, make sure DC process in compliance with policy. Maintain DC SOP updated from both 3PL and Nike logistics operation perspective.
?Measure 3PL KPI performance, identify the areas to work with 3PL together to close the gap or continuous elevate the service level.
?Keep good working relationships with external partners, on-site monitor DC operation process if needed.
?Participate in 3PL relationship management programs.
?Participate in other continuous process improvement programs.

Internal Control & Compliance
?Support all SOX audit requirements, perform on site audit for inventory related controls and filed the audit related documents.
?Provide all required documents for finance and tax audit requirements.
?Support year end stock take programs.
?Supports all other internal and external audit plans.

Requirements
?Minimum of 3 year working experience in DC operation, and MNC background is preferred;
?Understand key distribution center operational functions such as Inventory Management and WMS (warehouse management system) applications. Be familiar with SAP system operation. Have hands-on experience in daily system movement tracking for all kinds of system transaction.
?Fluent in English and Mandarin
?Proficient in Excel software with strong knowledge of analysis tools skill.
