Primary responsibilities:
1. Rapidly diagnose and repair the fault of air conditioning equipment and deal with emergency facilities to ensure good operation.
2. Have strong sense of service. Contact with customers regularly to understand the operation problems. To ensure the customers understand project service principle and significant problems. Recommend improvement program of the system.
3. Provide the system operation training to customers. Coordinate the relationship of the company, customers and suppliers.
4. Actively participate in the training to improve technical level constantly.
Requirement profile:
1. College or above. Major in HVAC or engineering.
2. Have 2 years working experiences in after sales service for air condition
3. Have excellent communication skills and strong practical ability. Be able to handle work pressure.
4. Have related certificates, such as electrician certificate.
