职位描述
This is Famous USA Mechanical Company.
Position Summary:
To keep all the machines and equipment work in a good condition without holding up the production
Establish equipment maintenance system by database and follow up.
Make sure whole plant operation match EHS request.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Report to production manager
Job Responsibility:
1. Plan preventive maintenances of machine and equipment. and establish equipment maintenance system with IT member by database
2. Be responsible for deploying TPM, repairing the machines and equipment urgently , build safety inventory for key parts and consumable parts
3. Keeping and improving machine performance continuously
4. Skilled for EHS management, good experience for external and customer audit.
5. Understand Lean Production and have independent project management experience.
6. Training Team member.
Qualifications:
1. Professional college
2. Mechanical /electrical background
3. At least 3 years machine maintenance and facility management experience and 2 years EHS management experience
4. Problem solving
5. Basic computer skills
6. Performance Measurement Standard:
7. Equipment OEE>75%(OEE-Overall Equipment Efficiency)
8. Equipment breakdown improving 15%, compared to last year
9. 80% problem can solved in 24hours
10. 100% to do the machine maintain
11. No EHS event happen and 100% passed external and customer audit
