Position Summary:
Maintain and control production consistent production processes. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods for best production quality, productivity, and lowest cost.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Work with customers, staff sales/marketing, production and engineering teams..
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production capabilities, assembly methods and quality control standards.
2. Plan, schedule, assign and supervise work of the production processes assigned.
3. Coach, train, and direct technicians and operators to obtain optimum output & results.
4. Support the drawings and BOM and Routes
5. Support the sample making and schedule
6. Create factory machine routings.
7. Process cost analysis and estimate, and support reference data.
8. Active participate LEAN activities.
9. Support and practice 6S.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering field with Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years experience on precise stamping process, experience on beryllium copper finger stock, shielding can or terminal is a plus
3. Strong computer skills required to efficiently utilize Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes, and full surface 3D CAD software.
4. Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking.
5. Hard working, teamwork and strong communication skills.
6. Work flexible hours as required to meet project deadlines and manage department.
7. Individual to be self motivated with the ability to direct the work of other professionals.
