PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1 Responsible for food contamination prevention job, lead team to inspect the risky point during patrol，timely report to upper manager and follow up with any risky issue on lines.

负责食品异物污染防御工作，带领团队开展日常巡查风险点，及时向上级经理汇报并跟踪问题的改善。

2 Collected the rationalization proposals and follow up with the progress of continuous improvement.

收集合理化建议，跟踪持续改进项目的进度.

3 Undertake the 5S , AM activities and .training the operators to improve their awareness

开展5S，AM活动，培训操作工提高意识。

4 Coordinate the GMP activities implementation for the entire factory，do the weekly check and follow up the corrective actions for the different production areas.

协调工厂范围内 GMP活动的推进，每周完成对各区域的审核并且跟进各区域的整改计划。

5 Ensure the factory cleaning and hygiene of the production area reach or beyond to related laws and internal system requirement.

确保工厂的清洁状态以及卫生状况达到并且超越相关法规及内部体系要求。

6 Working closely with QA and related production area about the pest control activities and make sure it can meet the requirement.

与QA和生产区域保持密切合作，确保工厂的虫害控制活动有效推进并且确保控制水平到达相关要求。

7 Check and feedback if the field record assort with the system requirement，keep and manage various types of field records.

检查和反馈现场记录信息是否符合系统要求，保存和管理各类现场记录文件。

8 Other task from manager.

上级安排的其它任务。

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格：

1 College Or Equivalent

大专或相当于大专学历

2 Have the basic oral English ability
有一定英文口语表达能力

3 Familiar with food industry standard, GMP requirement, HACCP, OHSARS, Lean, 5S
熟悉食品行业相关标准， GMP、HACCP、OHSARS、Lean、5S等

4 Familiar with food industry production process and environment

熟悉食品生产流程和生产环境

5 Have the capabilities of independence analysis，judgment，problem analysis and solving

有一定的独立分析，判断，分析和解决问题的能力

6 Strong ability of team co-operation and communication，co-ordination；

较强的团队合作精神和较强的沟通协调能力

PREFERENCE 优先选择：

- Have 5S activities implementation experience for the plant

有工厂5S推进活动的经验

- Knowledge of engineering equipment and strong mechanical engineering background
